Report incorrect information
Tell us when a listing or guide on Chiryaghar is wrong or out of date, so we can check and correct it.

Accurate information is the whole point of Chiryaghar. If you notice something wrong, such as a closed clinic, a changed phone number, a fee that's out of date or a mistake in a guide, please tell us.
How to report
Email hello@chiryaghar.com with:
- the page: the provider's name or a link to the listing or guide;
- what's wrong: what the page says, and what you believe is correct;
- how you know, if you can, for example "I called them on 15 October" or a link to an official source.
Please don't send personal or medical details that aren't needed.
What happens next
- We read every report and check it with the provider or a reliable source.
- If the information is wrong, we correct it and update the "last confirmed" date.
- If a listing seems misleading or the business has closed, we pause it while we check.
We may not reply to every report individually, but every one is reviewed.

If you run the business in a listing and something has changed, email us from your business email or phone, and we'll update the listing after a quick check.
