What Chiryaghar is
Chiryaghar is an information and discovery service. We publish pet-care guides, list local pet-care providers, and pass appointment requests to providers on your behalf. We aren't a veterinary practice, and the providers listed aren't our employees.
Information on the site
- We check listings before publishing them, and show what we checked and when. Details such as fees and hours can still change, so please confirm anything important with the provider directly.
- Verification labels mean only what How verification works says they mean. A listing isn't an endorsement.
- Our guides are general information, not veterinary advice. If your pet may be unwell or injured, contact a vet. In an emergency, call a clinic directly.
Appointment requests
Sending a request doesn't book an appointment. Each provider decides whether to accept it and confirms directly with you. The enquiry terms explain how requests work.
Using the site fairly
Please don't:
- submit false, misleading or spam requests, or requests on someone else's behalf without their permission;
- copy listings or other content in bulk, or use automated tools to collect data from the site;
- try to access parts of the site or data you aren't meant to, or disrupt the service.
We may block requests or access that break these rules.
For providers
Providers who ask to be listed must give accurate information and keep it up to date. We may edit, pause or remove a listing that's inaccurate, misleading or no longer active. Credentials and verification labels are added only after our review.
Content and links
The text, design and logo of Chiryaghar belong to us. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content.
Our responsibility
We work to keep Chiryaghar accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for the services providers deliver or for decisions made only on the basis of information on the site.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
